We get it — sometimes things don’t fit quite right, or something just isn’t what you expected. At Toro, your experience matters to us, and we’re here to make sure it stays smooth, even if you need to return something.


What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns only if there’s a genuine issue — like a defect or damage. If you’re unsure about something like size or quality, reach out to us — our support team will look into it and guide you.

Each product might have its own return rules, so be sure to check the product page before buying.


How Returns Work

  • Currently, we don’t offer pickup services. If your return is approved, you’ll have to raise a request of exchange and return in next 7 days. 

  • We don’t do direct refunds immediately. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll contact you regarding the next steps.

  • Return Policy: For approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 5–7 business days.

  • You’ll need to handle the shipping cost for returns — we don’t cover that yet, and it’s non-refundable.


Refunds (Only if Needed)

  • If a replacement isn’t possible for some reason, we may offer a refund.

  • Refund Policy: For approved refunds, we will credit the refundable amount into the source account within 5–7 business days.

  • Toro Coins: If your refund is issued in Toro Coins, the equivalent value will be credited to your Toro account within 5–7 business days.

Sale Items

Items bought during a sale or offer period are not eligible for return or refund, unless they’re damaged when they reach you.


Need an Exchange?

  • If you received something damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it without any extra charges.

  • If the same item isn’t available, we’ll either issue a refund or provide Toro Coins.

  • Just email us at toroclothing.in@gmail.com with your order ID and a clear photo of the issue — we’ll take it from there.
