Toro Return & Exchange Policy
We get it — sometimes things don’t fit quite right, or something just isn’t what you expected. At Toro, your experience matters to us, and we’re here to make sure it stays smooth, even if you need to return something.
What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns only if there’s a genuine issue — like a defect or damage. If you’re unsure about something like size or quality, reach out to us — our support team will look into it and guide you.
Each product might have its own return rules, so be sure to check the product page before buying.
How Returns Work
Right now, we don’t offer pickup services. If your return is approved, you’ll need to send the item back to us.
We don’t do direct refunds, but once we receive and inspect the product, then we'll contact you .
Refunds (Only if Needed)
If a replacement isn’t possible for some reason, we may offer a refund. But don’t worry — if that happens, we’ll talk to you and let you know everything clearly before processing anything.

Sale Items
We hope you understand — items bought during a sale or offer period are not eligible for return or refund, unless they’re damaged when they reach you.
Need an Exchange?
If you received something damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it without any extra charges — promise. If the same item isn’t available, we’ll either issue a refund or Toro Coins.
Just email us at toroclothing.in@gmail.com with your order ID and a clear photo of the issue — we’ll take it from there.
You’ll need to handle the shipping cost for returns — we don’t cover that yet, and it’s non-refundable.
